Il passaggio di consegne con il Generale di Squadra Aerea Caputo, alla presenza del Capo di Stato Maggiore Martedì 19 febbraio, presso la suggestiva cornice della Sala della Madonna di Loreto di Palazzo Aeronautica, alla presenza del Capo di Stato Maggiore dell’Aeronautica, Generale di Squadra Aerea Alberto Rosso si è svolta la cerimonia del passaggio di consegne tra il Generale di Squadra Aerea Settimo Caputo, ed il Generale di Squadra Aerea Luca Goretti. Proprio in virtù delle eccellenti qualità espresse e dei grandi risultati conseguiti il Capo di Stato Maggiore dell’Aeronautica ha voluto tributare al personale dello Stato Maggiore un encomio solenne collettivo, la cui motivazione è stata letta nel corso della cerimonia.
