Il Colonnello Massimiliano Abbate subentra al Colonnello Dario Tarantino Giovedì 21 ottobre 2021, nella Sala Conferenze del Comando Operazioni Aerospaziali (COA) di Poggio Renatico (FE), si è svolta la cerimonia di cambio comando del Reparto D.A.M.I.(Difesa Aerea Missilistica Integrata) tra il Comandante uscente, Colonnello Dario Tarantino ed il Comandante subentrante, Colonnello Massimiliano Abbate. IlReparto Difesa Aerea Missilistica Integrata,posto alle dipendenze dellaBrigata Controllo Aerospazio del Comando Operazioni Aerospaziali,ha come compito principale quello di assicurare un’efficace ed efficiente direzione e coordinamento di tutte le attività addestrative, esercitative ed operative dei due Gruppi da esso dipendenti, 11° Gruppo D.A.M.I. di Poggio Renatico (FE) e 22° Gruppo DAMI di Licola (NA), sia nel contesto NATO, sia in quello nazionale, garantendo sempre le funzioni di Difesa Aerea e Missilistica Integrata.
