The FA has not established its own qualification system for economic operators.

Ordinary procedures for selecting a contractor are initiated by calls for tenders, while negotiated procedures, where permitted, are preceded by preliminary market consultations / market research notices, pursuant to Articles 36 and 63 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in which all economic operators possessing the required qualifications may participate.
