Transparent Administration

Therefore, the objective scope of the document mainly refers to the technical-administrative area, which includes the General Secretariat and the General Directorates that carry out activities related to development programmes and contracts for the procurement, disposal and transfer of armaments, as well as the legal, economic and disciplinary affairs of military and civilian personnel, and the Offices directly assisting the Minister.
