Visit to PLA Air Force Aviation University in China

Three Second Lieutenants from the “Nibbio V” course travelled to visit the People's Liberation Army Air Force Aviation University in China for the international week for Air Force Academy cadets. From 19 to 25 October, the event was held at the People's Liberation Army Air Force Aviation University in China, the “2nd International Air Force Cadets Week”which saw the participation of delegations from 13 countries (Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Great Britain, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United States). For Italy, three Second Lieutenants from Course “Nibbio V” were present.” of the Air Force Academyin Pozzuoli (NA). Friendship as the pivot of the event, which aimed for cultural and professional exchange, mutual learning, sharing of experiences, promotion and understanding of deeply different cultures, and, not least, comparison of the different training paths for future commanding officers of the Armed Force. The week included days dedicated to theoretical lessons, flight activities, and Chinese culture, which engaged the 35 cadets from the invited delegations. Within the framework of evolving international relations, every opportunity to engage with distant realities is an opportunity that enriches training and allows for the development of new ideas and projects.
