United Nations aid leaves Brindisi for Iraq-Iran earthquake

A Boeing KC-767 aircraft from the 14th Wing of Pratica di Mare transported Italian humanitarian aid, destined for the populations affected by the earthquake between Iraq and Iran, from the Brindisi Airport Detachment.

A Boeing KC-767 aircraft from the 14th Wing of Pratica di Mare transported Italian humanitarian aid from the Brindisi Airport Detachment to populations affected by the earthquake between Iraq and Iran. The Brindisi Airport Detachment, under the Support Service of the Logistics Command, provides assistance to the United Nations, as well as support to NATO aircraft transiting through the area, and logistical and administrative support to the Armed Forces bodies in the Brindisi area.
