Poland, NATO Air Policing: visit of the Logistics Commander to the Air 4th Wing Task Force

It Air Force Corps General Antonio Conserva He began his visit at the Task Force Air (TFA) 4th Wing last March 7, welcomed by Commander of the TFA Colonello Antonio Vergallo, along with the Colonel Mariusz Wiaczkowski, Commander of the 22nd Tactical Air Base in Malbork, where the Italian contingent is at risk.

After an informative briefing on the tasks and logistics of the TFA, General Conserva met the crews of the aircraft. Eurofighter Typhoon F-2000A and the technicians from the four Storms of National Air Defenceil 36th place in Gioia del Colle, the 37° in Trapani, the 51st of Istrana and the 4th place for Grosseto – who leads the mission – and from all the other agencies and departments of the Air Force, congratulating them on the professionalism with which they are fulfilling the assigned mission, away from Italy and their loved ones, and conveying the greetings of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Marshal Luca Goretti.

Accompanied by the Commander of the TFA, he subsequently carried out a visit to the vulnerable infrastructure at the Malbork air base, by expressing his Appreciation for the commitment and care with which the necessary logistical support for the TFA’s activities is ensured.

At the end of his stay in Malbork, he wished to express, on behalf of the armed forces, a special greeting to the female personnel employed in the contingent on the occasion of International Women's Day.
