First Aid certificates presented to personnel at Cameri Airport on Friday, 23rd April.
Military and civilian personnel stationed at Cameri base completed a 19-hour training course at the airport facility, led by Gilberto Sacchetti and Mattia Gambaro.
On Friday, 23rd April, participation diplomas were presented by the President of the Regional Red Cross Committee, Dr. Dante Ferraris, in the presence of the Director of the 1st Aircraft Maintenance Department (RMV), Colonel Fabio Sciorella, and Lieutenant Colonel Michele Ciorra, representing Colonel Alessandro Tudini, Commander of the military airport.
The training activity carried out at the airbase aims to increase the level of collaboration between the Armed Forces and the Italian Red Cross. The technical-health training activity, in addition to consolidating mutual knowledge, specifically provided the opportunity to train some personnel in First Aid. The courses will continue in the coming months with refresher sessions for already trained personnel. Colonel Tudini highlighted how this course is not only useful for the Base personnel in their specific work context but should represent added value for the entire territory in which the Air Force personnel serving in Cameri live.
