Conference to illustrate the Passweb INPS system to sector professionals On June 7, 2018, the Conference for representatives of the Human Resources and Administrative Services Offices was held at the “Ajmone Cat” room in Palazzo Aeronautica. The conference focused on the new developments in the field of military pensions, which will be implemented with the introduction of the PASSWEB INPS IT application. Given the importance of the topics discussed, the conference was attended, in addition to the personnel of the Rome air base present in the room, also by those of the remaining entities deployed throughout the national territory, connected via streaming.
Brig. Gen. Franzò, Head of the Administration Department of the Logistics Command, introduced the proceedings, emphasizing the importance of the novelty introduced by the new IT system and highlighting the actions already undertaken by the A.M. to populate the database of the insurance positions held by the INPS, which must necessarily be completed by the peripheral entities within the time limits set by the Pension Institute.
Subsequently, the Head of the 2nd Administration Department explained the pension regulatory developments of recent years, with particular emphasis on the current procedures for the preparation of the Pension Reserve and Auxiliary Pension, and the changes resulting from the introduction of the new PASSWEB application.
The day continued with an in-depth discussion with the technical staff of the entities present in person or via live streaming, to clarify any doubts regarding the working procedures for the compilation of the documents required for the verification, integration, and rectification of the data contained in the aforementioned database. In this context, important clarifications were provided by the Head of the 1st Office regarding economic processing, and by the 3rd Office of the Administration Department, both regarding the already carried out mass submission of economic data relating to the insurance positions of the employees to the INPS, and regarding the documentation required for the correct completion of the database.
The debate concluded with the intervention of the Head of Department, who, in thanking all the participants, emphasized the sensitivity and importance of the further activity required of the peripheral entities and assured the utmost availability of the Department in assisting and advising the entities in any possible need or clarification regarding the subject matter.
