Sabato 29 Gennaio su Rai Uno, è andato in onda un servizio sulla Difesa Aerea, durante la trasmissione ‘Mattino in Famiglia’ L’Aeronautica Militare assicura la sorveglianza e la difesa dello spazio aereo nazionale 365 giorni all’anno, 24 ore su 24, con un sistemaintegrato, fin dal tempo di pace, con quello degli altri paesi appartenenti alla NATO. Il servizio è garantito da una rete di sensori radar facenti capo al Comando Operazioni Aeree di Poggio Renatico (FE) e, per la parte in volo, daicaccia Eurofighter del4° Stormo di Grosseto,dal 36° Stormo di Gioia del Colle (BA)nonchè dai caccia F-16 del37° Stormo di Trapani.
