Rai Cultura he has foreseen a special programming for the centenary of the Italian Air Force:
- Monday 27 March yes Rai Storia “1923 - Birth of the Royal Air Force;
- Tuesday 28 March yes Rai Storia, “Italy. A Journey into Beauty” proposes a visit to the aviators“ ”home", the Palazzo dell’Aeronautica in Rome;
- from Friday 31 March yes Rai Storia, in its first broadcast, a four-part series “History of the Italian Air Force 1923-1961”: "Young Eagles", "In the Skies of War", "The Royal Air Force in WWII", "The Wings of the Republic".

Philatelic Issue
Philatelic issue of 8 commemorative stamps.
It is about a postage stamp depicting the 100th Anniversary logo of the Italian Air Force, six stamps depicting the most significant aircraft that have marked the evolutionary path of the aircraft throughout history and a further stamp, jointly issued by the Magistral Post of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM) and the Post of Vatican City (SCV).
