The collaboration between the RACSA and the Aviation Center of the Guardia di Finanza has begun with the 1st specialization course in ’Operator on on-board systems“.”
The final day of the “Air Traffic Management” course was held at the RACSA radar simulator, which allowed the 10 participants to observe training scenarios on the use of air traffic management techniques.
The educational support provided by RACSA to the G.d.F. adds to the activities that have been established for a long time in favor of the Flight Departments of the Carabinieri and the State Police present at the Pratica di Mare Airport.
The RACSA, subordinate to the Air Force Command in Rome, is the training agency of the Italian Air Force that has the task of training personnel, Officers and Sub-Officers, of all the Armed Forces responsible for the Control of Airspace, Air Traffic and Air Defense, as well as personnel employed in the Meteorological Service.
