General Gargini bids farewell to the 72nd Stormo

Tuesday, 30th March, the farewell speech by the Commander of the Air Force Schools/3rd Air Region of Bari to the personnel of Frosinone Airport. Colonel Masi, in front of the assembled Squadron within the flight line hangar, thanked General Gargini for the particular attention he has always shown to the Wing's issues, as well as for the teaching and guidance he has always been able to bestow upon this unit.
The General highlighted the unique nature of the 72nd Wing which, as the only Helicopter Flying School in Italy, carries out work of undeniable value for both the Air Force and the other Armed Forces and State Corps, from which it has always received unanimous acclaim. He then wished to thank the Wing's personnel because, throughout his Command, they have managed to achieve every set objective, possessing the potential to continue to best exercise their functions in a context of particular delicacy for both flying and maintenance aspects.
The exchange of Crests concluded this significant address by the Commander of the Air Force Schools/3rd Air Region who, before departing, left a wish for ever-greater success in the 72nd Wing's Honour Book.
