The Chief of the Air Staff at the “Dubai International Air Chiefs Conference”
Twelve Chiefs of Staff (Australia, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, France, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Pakistan, Qatar, United States, Sweden, Turkey), as well as three hundred delegates from all over the world, participated in the conference.
The works were opened by His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Raschid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Air Force General Giuseppe Bernardis, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, delivered a presentation titled “Defining the operational requirements for an integrated airborne Early Warning and Battle Management capability: the multi-mission solution”.
On this occasion, the British and Emirati Chiefs of Staff publicly thanked the Italian Air Force for the support provided during the “Unified Protector” operation.
