On the 10th and 11th of June, ten Air Rifle Sergeants attended the Safe Driving Course.
The course program included a theoretical phase followed by practical training involving various tests: oversteer with a skid car, slalom, understeer and oversteer in curves, emergency braking with the ABS system inoperative, braking with obstacle avoidance “panic stop” and quick evasive maneuvers.
The course concluded with the delivery of certificates by the Commander of the Air Wing, Colonel Marco Maistrello.
