The Technical Supply Centre has passed the annual audit for the maintenance of Quality Management System certification. The QMS project is positioned, as a synergistic element, within a series of projects that the Italian Air Force is undertaking for the transformation and change of the Armed Force.
The audit was carried out by the Logistics Command Team, consisting of Lieutenant Colonel Spaziani, Lieutenant Colonel D’Atanasio, and Lieutenant Colonel Pizzicaroli. The Team assessed all the most significant processes of the C.T.R., with particular attention to the administrative procedures pertaining to the numerous national contracts for the acquisition of goods and services concluded by the Department. The application of the quality management system in administrative production processes has allowed for constant improvement of results, thanks to data analysis from which corrective and preventive actions were derived, leading to the effective achievement of objectives.
