Colonel Massimo Cionfrini takes over from Colonel Gaetano Fusco at the head of the Centre
“…I am proud of your work and I ask you to continue on this extraordinary path, without sparing energy, because only in this way will it be possible to express those logistical capabilities that have now become indispensable and enabling for aerospace power and to confirm the importance of the role of Technical Supplies Centre within the logistic segment of the Armed Forces…”.
It is with these words that the Head of the Support Services, Brigadier General Francesco De Simone, he addressed all the staff of the Fiumicino (RM) Replenishment Technical Centre during the handover ceremony between the Colonel Gaetano Fusco, outgoing Commander, and the Colonel Massimo Cionfrini, subsequent.
The event, which took place on the morning of Thursday 18 July, was attended by the Mayor of the Municipality of Fiumicino, Hon. Mario Baccini, numerous civil and military authorities from the area, as well as Veterans' Associations and the Commanders of the Dependent Organisations of the Supplies Technical Centre.

Side by side, we will continue along the path of growth initiated by our predecessors, to keep expressing cutting-edge technical capabilities in the supply chain sector, in order to be able to respond with ever-increasing readiness and competence to the needs of today and tomorrow.…”.
