Tuesday 13 April the seminar, held at the CASD in Rome, organised by the ‘Giulio Douhet’ Military Aeronautics Study Centre of the AAA. The event, which enjoys the backing of the Italian Air Force and the support of various sponsors, concerns a subject of great importance due to the repercussions it may have on sector policies and, for that reason, is a very delicate one. Far from wishing to examine the ethical nature of the behaviours of the two interlocutors, the seminar aims to limit itself to the ethics of practice, emphasising the need for a close dialogue between the two that is not merely a facade, but leads to concrete and shared choices in the higher interest of the country's good.
