The activity was aimed at learning about the training methodologies of the Air Force's flight crews on the C-27J Spartan aircraft. The delegation was led by Colonel Driss Iziki, accompanied by Colonel Noureddine Akram Allah and Major Mohcine Birouti. The activity, which was part of the cooperation plan with the Kingdom of Morocco for the year 2013, was aimed at the RMAF learning about the training methodologies of the Air Force's flight crews on the C-27J Spartan aircraft, recently acquired by the RMAF, with 4 units. To this end, the Moroccan delegation carried out an introductory visit to the 46th Air Brigade in Pisa. In particular, at the Pisa Crew Training Centre, the C-27J aircraft simulator aroused great interest from the Moroccan delegation, allowing Moroccan crews, pilots and loadmasters, to train in Italy. On Thursday, 12th September, a bilateral meeting also took place in the meeting room of the Air Force Staff, with a corresponding exchange of Crests, between the delegation and that of the Air Force, led by Colonel Luigi Levante. The cordial and friendly atmosphere in which the work took place helped to further strengthen the already good ties between the two Air Forces and laid an excellent foundation for future activities of mutual interest. Morocco, in fact, is an important friendly country whose position is fundamental within the context of the delicate balance that characterises the North African region and the entire Mediterranean.
