The delegation, led by the General Director of ENAV S.p.a., was accompanied by the Deputy Commander of the Air Force Squadron.
The delegation comprised Dr Massimo Bellizzi, General Manager of ENAV S.p.a., Dr Giuseppe Baldetti, Director of “ENAV Academy”, the training and instruction school for civilian Air Traffic Controllers, and other company representatives.
Colonel Gennaro Loconsole, Commander of RACSA, illustrated the activities and courses carried out by the Department, with particular reference to the training activities of military Air Traffic Controller personnel. The delegation then visited the Air Traffic simulation systems (TWR, Radar Approach, Radar Area) supplied to RACSA.
During the visit, both General Magrassi and Dr Bellizzi highlighted the importance of this meeting, which brings the two “Service Providers” closer together through the search for common training pathways with the aim of developing a collaboration that confirms the level of excellence achieved in the “Air Traffic Management” (ATM) sector.
