The Multi-intelligence All-source Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Interoperability Coalition meeting has concluded at the Air Force Military Sciences Institute.
The works were opened by the intervention of the ISMA Commander, Air Division General Gian Franco Camperi who, at the end of the presentation, addressed those present with a wish for fruitful work. Along the same design line as the MAJIIC, the National Project Officer (NPO) Mr. Jungen von Piechowski, and the Management Team Officer Colonel Pierre Pradier, they led the work, focusing attention on the need to “to synchronise and integrate plans and operations and share information for direct support of operational planning and execution”.
The objective of MAJIIC2 is to enable coalitions to rapidly integrate, manage, and access all intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance information for subsequent command activities in any future military operation, thereby ensuring the success of the operation itself. The MAJIIC2 meeting, coordinated by Colonel Falsarano, was attended by over 100 delegates, both military and civilian, from the 9 Member States, as well as delegations from industries and organisations supporting the activities of the NATO Agency.
