The course was held at the A.M. Specialists School in Caserta. Started last June 24th, the course was organised for the first time by the A2 ISTAR-EW Office of the Air Squad Command Staff, in coordination with the Security General Department and in compliance with Directive SMA PIANI 200 (2012 Edition). It is part of the training process for acquiring the I.S. speciality and has the educational objective of illustrating the Armed Force's security organisation (RGS competence) and describing the main activities concerning operational information (CSA competence). The course saw the participation of approximately 80 military personnel from Air Force Training Institutes, various Armed Force Departments and Joint Force bodies (CII, CITS, etc.). The attendees showed great commitment and enthusiasm, having the chance to delve into various aspects of the sector, especially in light of the innovations introduced by Directive SMA PIANI 200. At the end of the two weeks of lessons, the attendees took a final exam on the platform.“Moodle”and received attendance certificates from Colonel Domenico Milesi, Deputy Head of the A2 ISTAR-EW Office and Course Director, from Colonel Giuseppe Prestigiacomo and Colonel Franco Buonadonna, respectively Commander of the Courses and Commander of the 1st Course Command of the Caserta School.
