12 Military Air Force “special selection officers” qualified The course has developed considerable interest among the participants, given the quality of the contributions provided by personnel from the Armed Forces who are experts in selection matters, and university professors specializing in human resources and labor psychology and organizational psychology. There were no lack of moments of discussion, both with the selection activities carried out in other organizations with “stipends”, in particular the Carabinieri Corps and the Guardia Finanza Corps, as well as organizations that provide managerial training and corporate management consulting services. The qualification of “special selection officer” has enabled the 12 participating officers to be employed in attitude selection activities in competitions where the conduct/attitude training is required.
