Press release no. 20/2016 A NEW APP FOR THE TRICOLOR FLAGS AVAILABLE FROM TODAY The new Tricolour Flags App for Android and iOS is now available. Even more complete and engaging, the new Tricolour Flags App is now available for free download from online stores.
With a more fluid, intuitive and completely revamped graphic design, the Frecce Tricolori App will guide users into the world of the National Acrobatics Patrol, allowing them to stay up to date on events, appointments and curiosities about the world of military aerial acrobatics.
Divided into 9 easily accessible sections from the main menu screen, the latest version of the app will allow you to learn about the pilots, the characteristics of the aircraft, the other components of the large team of the 313th Group of Acrobatic Training, as well as the events of the acrobatic season, the maneuvers of the flight program and much more.
A total novelty in this 2016 version is the integration of the exciting immersive experience of the 360 videos produced by Fastweb in collaboration with the Air Force, which were already presented in a premiere in Rome last March 16th.
The 360 video technology will allow users to virtually experience the aerobatics of the Tricolour Arrows directly from the cockpit of the MB339 PAN during the execution of the main acrobatic figures; by dragging the mouse cursor on the video or tilting the smartphone, the user will have the opportunity to change their point of view in any direction, fully immersing themselves in the reality perceived by the pilot.
