From 24 May to 2 June at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point (United States), the joint forces team of 11 athletes. The Italian Air Force, on behalf of the Defence General Staff, organised and sent the national joint forces team, led by Major Milko Pieri of the 5th Department of the Air Staff. The 11 athletes belonging to various bodies/commands of the Italian Army, Navy and Air Force will defend the Italian colours during the competitions which will take place from Wednesday 26 May to Tuesday 1 June. The Italian joint forces team is composed as follows: Ten. Manuela Magistrali – Italian Air Force S.T.V. Cristiana Zonca – Italian Navy Major Anna Di Tolla – Italian Army S.C.
