“I join the words of Defence Minister Guido Crosetto in thanking, on behalf of all Air Force personnel, those who - at every level - have worked with commitment over the years within the Military Representation Bodies, contributing with care and through a continuous and fruitful dialogue with the Armed Force authorities to seek better and better working conditions for men and women in uniform,” these are the words of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Force Lieutenant General Luca Goretti, on the sidelines of the publication in the Official Gazette of the decree of the Minister for Public Administration, Hon. Paolo Zangrillo, in agreement with the Minister of Defence, Hon. Guido Crosetto, and the Minister of Economy and Finance, Giancarlo Giorgetti, by which the Professional Associations of Military Unions (APCSM) become fully operational and representative of the personnel of the Armed Forces, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza, replacing the military representation, born in 1978 and articulated on the Central Council of Representation (Co.Ce.R.), Intermediate Representative Council (Co.I.R.) and Basic Representative Council (Co.Ba.R.).

“In this circumstance, I extend my best wishes for the work ahead to the nascent Professional Associations,” General Goretti added, “with which we are ready to collaborate fruitfully and constructively from the outset to tackle the commitments and challenges that await us.”.
