“With regard to managers employed in F.A. (Armed Forces) structures, it is noted that the absence of grounds for ineligibility and incompatibility (pursuant to art. 20 of Legislative Decree 39/2013) are elements which are ascertained during the completion of the appointment deed and verified periodically in accordance with the guidelines approved by the Chief of Defence Staff on 26 July 2024 “on the obligation to communicate conditions of ineligibility/incompatibility for military personnel (d.lgs. no. 39/2013)".”
