Fiat CR.32

Fighter aircraft, biplane, single-engine, single-seat, all-metal construction.

The Royal Air Force acquired more than a thousand examples from 1935 and, with these aircraft, an aerobatic patrol was also formed in 1938.

The main operational theatre of deployment was Spain, both for the quantity of machines sent and for the results obtained.

Extinct in Italy, the last CR.32s were used in Spain as trainers until 1953.

An example is on display at the MUSAM in Vigna di Valle.
