The M.33 was a monoplane with the classic central fuselage configuration, a rearward cockpit, and a cruciform tail.
FTwo were built to compete in the 1925 Schneider Trophy in the United States. Only the one piloted by Giovanni De Briganti completed the race, finishing third with an average speed of 271 km/h. Subsequently, it was used as a training aircraft at the High Speed Department in Desenzano del Garda.
