Fiat G.46

Italian training monoplane produced between ’48 and ’52. Made in single-seat and two-seat versions.

It was an all-metal aircraft with a retractable undercarriage.

The Air Force ordered more than 140 examples between 1948 and 1951, which were used to equip various flying schools. It was used until 1963.

A specimen is preserved at the MUSAM in Vigna di Valle (RM).
