Dedicated to young people already in possession of a Master's degree and who wish to become part of a leading structure within the Atlantic Alliance, for international peace and security. The competition is announced by the Armed Force, should there be a need for specialised personnel in sectors such as Medicine and Surgery, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or others.
