Athletics

In Trieste, during the same weekend, Aviere Scelto Ludovica Cavalli won the title of Italian Absolute Champion and also set a record in the U23 category in the short cross during the Italian Absolute Championships.

The 1st Chosen Aviere Mohad Ali Sheik Abdikadar, a athlete of the A.M. Sports Center, missed the podium by a hair coming in 4th in the men's short cross, losing the final sprint.

In the Lanci European Cup held in Leiria (Por), due to adverse weather conditions in the 2022 edition, during the absolute competitions the hammer throwers were the most disadvantaged as they had to contend with the platform becoming slippery due to the pouring rain.

The 1st Chosen Aviere Simone Falloni, with a time of 70.61, takes 15th place, which still allows him to reach his personal seasonal record.
