Beechcraft Super King Air 350ER Spydr

Since 2017, the Italian Air Force has been using the SPYDR configuration, a version of the King Air 350 ER equipped for defence intelligence gathering requirements.

The SPYDR is a new-generation aircraft dedicated to SIGINT/COMINT (Signal/Communication Intelligence) and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) operations and is part of the 14th Wing at Pratica di Mare.

Operates with Air Force Flying Crew and Mission Crew assigned to both the Defence Staff and the Air Force itself.
