With regard to the news that emerged in the last few hours concerning the implementation of the precautionary measure ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Bari against the Military Medical Officer, it is specified that the Officer, subject to a precautionary measure for activities related to the carrying out of extra-professional activities unrelated to institutional activities, had already been placed on precautionary suspension from his service relationship in the early months of 2022.
The Italian Air Force confirms its full trust and cooperation with the judiciary to shed complete light on any individual responsibilities of members of the Institutions, in events that go against the daily commitment of the Air Force in service to the country, in defence of legality and collective security.
