Article 36 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 provides for the publication of information necessary for making electronic payments. Therefore, sums relating to the reimbursement of legal advertising expenses must be paid with imputation to Chapter XVI, head 3580, article 3, of the State revenue budget at the Provincial Treasury Section of the State by means of:
- bank transfer using the code IBAN IT95U0100003245348016358003;
- Payment into current account no. 871012 made out to the Bank of Italy – State Provincial Treasury Section in Rome.
Sums relating to contractual expenses must be paid to Head XVI, chapter 3573, of the State revenue budget at the Provincial State Treasury Section by means of:
- bank transfer using the code The IBAN IT565010003245348016357300;
- payment into current postal account no. 871012 in the name of Banca d’Italia – State Provincial Treasury Section of Rome.
