On Friday 30 April, Second Lieutenants Raffaele Odesco and Giuseppe Petragallo of the ‘Eolo V’ course received their Military Pilot Wings. The ceremony took place in the presence of numerous Canadian military and civil authorities, including the Hon. D.F. Huyghebaert, Minister of Public Safety for Saskatchewan, and Don Mitchell, City Councillor for Moose Jaw.
