On Wednesday 22 June, at the Circolo Ufficiali of Palazzo Barberini, the conference dedicated to female leadership in the FA The meeting, which was attended by, among others, the Vice President of the Senate Defense Committee, Senator Roberta Pinotti, the Undersecretary of State for Defense, Mr. Guido Crosetto, and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, General of Squadron Giuseppe Bernardis, was therefore an opportunity to talk about the commitment, both in Italy and abroad in the operational theaters, of the women of the Italian Army, the Naval Force, the Air Force, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza.
During the evening, moderated by journalist Carlotta Ricci, the following spoke: Colonel Antonio De Rosa of the I Department of Personnel of the Air Force General Staff, who discussed the issue of the inclusion of female personnel in the AM; and Captain Federica Maddalena, a Eurofighter pilot with the 4th Squadron in Grosseto, who, in addition to describing the highlights of her experience in the Air Force, commented on a video in which the complete integration of women in all the professional roles of the Armed Forces was highlighted.
