The Chief of Staff of the Italian Air Force met with delegates from the Base Representation Council of the Air Force Command Rome. The Commander of COMAER, General of Air Force Paolo Rizzo, also attended the meeting as the COBAR's reference authority for the Department.
The Chief of Staff of the Army met with delegates in order to reiterate the attention that the Armed Forces' leadership places on the instrument of representation, as well as the expectations of currently serving military personnel.
The meeting focused on the most pressing issues for staff, as well as the Armed Force's prospects. In particular, all delegates had the opportunity to speak directly with General Preziosa, asking questions regarding the spending review, the revision of the military instrument, and the consequent issues connected to job preservation and personnel redeployment measures, housing, social protection bodies, nurseries, and finally, broader issues related to the modernisation of the military instrument.
General Preziosa has assured the utmost attention, on his part and that of the Air Force, to the issues raised by the speakers.
