From April to May, Lieutenant Testa and Professor Dello Stritto met with students from Riccione schools, discussing the risks of the internet and cyberbullying. Professor Dello Stritto, from the ‘Riccione Ovest’ school complex, and Lieutenant Carmine Testa, serving at the Rimini Airport Detachment, in April and May explained to the students the potential of the medium and the possible risks inherent in its incorrect use, which some internet users could exploit to commit acts of abuse, if not outright crimes, by also appropriating personal data and images, as recently happened with the online publication of some ‘stolen’ videos concerning institutions in Misano and Rimini. The impact generated by the topic and the lively participation shown by the students have determined the strong interest of other institutions in the area, who intend to join and repeat the project, deeming it fundamental for a correct educational path, attesting, once again, to the close links that connect civil society with the Armed Force.
