From the 21st to the 25th of November, at the Tafraoui air base, the meeting between experts in the field of planning, organization and conduct of aerial exercises took place. The two delegations, led by Colonel Boumaiza, Commander of the Base and Director of the Ecole Superieure de l’Air, and Colonel Giovanni Savoldelli Pedrocchi, Chief of the State Aviation Staff’s International Political Affairs Office, were able to deepen their mutual knowledge of aerial exercises and the training objectives of the Armed Forces. The meeting revealed interesting perspectives in the field of flight training, as well as a strong interest in developing a bilateral air exercise that could take place by the end of 2011 in the Algerian airspace.
