The creations by servicemen from the Romagna unit at the third edition of the event, sponsored by the Municipality of Cesena. Commander of the Wing, Colonel Paolo Cianfanelli, welcomed Senator Laura Bianconi, who attended for the occasion, and all present, delivering a welcoming message: “The Wing is committed to its operational tasks and its transformation at a rapid pace, but these young men still find the time to develop their passion with results that we can all appreciate. This is the third edition, but the first to take place in an Art Gallery in the city of Cesena, a sign of the existing closeness, which is renewed between the citizens and our Wing.” During the visit to the exhibition, attendees had the opportunity to meet the artists and ask them for information about the subjects that inspire them and the origins of their passions. Senator Bianconi, upon leaving the exhibition, expressed her satisfaction with the event and the artworks on display. The exhibition will be open until Sunday 7 February from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Galleria d’Arte Cesuola (Via Vicolo Cesuola, 9 - Cesena) and will feature the creations of the following artists in ‘blue’: Edgard Russo, Renato Carafa, Adelchi Vigile, Danilo Pignataro, Rocco Mariano Salvatore, and Vincenzo Papa. The Italian Air Force ensures the surveillance and defence of national airspace 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, through a system of radars, aircraft, and missile systems, integrated since peacetime with those of other NATO member countries. In addition to the 5th Wing of Cervia, the immediate take-off and interception service in cases of alarm is carried out by the 37th Wing of Trapani, also equipped with F-16 fighters, by the 4th Wing of Grosseto, and by the 36th Wing of Gioia del Colle (Bari), which are instead equipped with Eurofighter fighters.
