The Italian Air Force has made the Guidonia facilities available to the State Police to carry out certain competitive examination tests. The request from the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of the Interior was accepted by the AM Selection Centre, with the endorsement of the AM Schools Command in Bari and the Air Force Staff, as part of a natural spirit of collaboration between State administrations, aimed at achieving the principle of cost-effectiveness in the performance of their respective institutional activities.
The agreement between the Italian Air Force and the State Police took the form of a specific contract for the exchange of materials and services.
Following the agreement, the Ministry of the Interior summoned candidates resident in the Campania region, excluding the province of Benevento, to take the examination at the Guidonia Selection Centre, where general knowledge tests were carried out, with a total of 6,400 competitors participating.
