Having completed the work in support of the Firefighters of the local civil airport, trained to intervene on some aerotactic aircraft provided to the Air Force. This activity became necessary because the Brindisi airport, given its favorable geographical position and the particular configuration of its intersections, which allow for takeoff and landing operations in any wind conditions, makes the Brindisi airport committed to supporting the flight activity of the 61st Squadron of Galatina (LE) and the 36th Squadron of Gioia del Colle (BA).
