The conference took place in Florence, at the Institute of Military Aeronautics Sciences, from October 29 to 31. The seminar represents an opportunity for strategic thinking within the Armed Forces. In particular, this year the activity focused on opportunities for the development and growth of the Aerospace Force specifically in the field of APR (Remotely Piloted Aircraft) Systems.
The discussion was focused on three specific areas of interest, the subject of a specific document: ethical issues and new professional figures, the development of new skills, and doctrine; finally, cooperation with the national industry. At the seminar, authoritative speakers participated, such as Air Force General Mario Renzo Ottone, Commander of the Schools/3rd Air Region, Air Force General Giuseppe Magro, Director of the Human Resources Directorate of the Air Force, and Air Force General Carlo Magrassi, Deputy Commander of the Air Force, who provided an important contribution of ideas and opportunities for thinking to develop the topics addressed. At the end, General Valente, in his capacity as Director of the Seminar, personally presented the diplomas to the participants, complimenting them for the excellent work carried out in terms of participation, fruitful collaboration, and the drafting of the final document.
