Personnel from the Air Force participated in the meeting held at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro” on career opportunities in the Armed Forces on Monday, March 5th. At the Polifunzionale Center for Students of the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”, the first informational workshop “Working in the Armed Forces” was held aimed at introducing the different access paths to the Armed Forces. The conference, intended for a hundred undergraduate students and graduates interested in learning about the different paths to access the Armed Forces, was attended by the Rector Magnifico of the University of Bari Felice Uricchio, who, on the sidelines of the meeting, wished to emphasize the importance of this new collaboration between institutions: “The relationship between the University of Bari and the Air Force is particularly significant because there are so many of our graduates who find professional opportunities in the Armed Forces, just as there are many military personnel who complete their studies within our university institution; this is a very strong bond that finds its consecration in the continuous synergies between these two institutions.” Today’s initiative has a twofold value: in addition to being a placement activity, it is also an opportunity to introduce our young people to the work that the Italian Air Force and the Armed Forces carry out on a daily basis in the service of the country.” At the meeting, which is part of the University of Bari’s new policies on job placement, qualified personnel from the Air Force explained the various career opportunities within the Armed Forces and presented the training courses offered by the Military Schools.
