On 6 December, the traditional ceremony of “Graduation”of a young officer belonging to the Zodiac V course who, after completing the complex training process, faced the entire international leadership of the programme Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT), has officially received from the Head of the Military Aeronautical Representation (RAMi), Lt Col Andrea Cerri, the much-desired “Wing”.
The ceremony, as is traditional, was preceded by a convivial national evening in order to give exclusive prominence to the new graduate and, on this occasion, the entire national community present at Wichita Falls, together with their families, rallied around the young new military pilot who, during the selective process, distinguished himself through courage and commitment.

Air Brigadier General Davide Marzinotto, Defence and Defence Cooperation Attaché at the United States Embassy in Washington D.C., where he expressed his well-deserved congratulations to the young qualified Officer, urging him to always operate in an exemplary manner in the name of those ethical and moral values characterising the status of a military pilot. For the occasion, two F-35 pilots from Luke AFB in Arizona were also present, headquarters of the RAMI and the 156th Flying Group, the training base for the JSF/F35 Lightning II aircraft.
During the visit, General Marzinotto met all the Italian instructors and staff serving at the Representation, along with the students undergoing training, expressing words of appreciation for their commitment and professionalism.
The event undoubtedly represented a significant moment of recognition for the staff engaged at Sheppard in ENJJPT programme, reaffirming the value of training and collaboration between the Armed Forces and the 14 allied countries.
