A Firenze 17 Presidenti dei Sottufficiali dell’Aeronautica coinvolti in progetti didattici ed esperienziali Si è svolto martedì 10 settembre a Firenze, presso l’Air Force Military Sciences Institute (ISMA) il primo seminario di formazione alla leadership indirizzato ai Presidenti dei Sottufficiali del Air Force Schools Command. 17 Presidenti dei Sottufficiali pervenuti dai vari enti del Comando Scuole, hanno seguito attività didattiche tradizionali ed esperienziali curate dai progettisti didattici del Reparto per la Formazione Didattica e Manageriale dell’ISMA.L’Istituto di Scienze Militari Aeronautiche, dipendente dal Comando delle Scuole 3^ Regione Aerea, ha il compito di svolgere attività di formazione, sia in presenza che in modalità e-learning, e di ricerca/sviluppo nei settori delle metodologie didattiche e delle competenze manageriali, anche in collaborazione con l’Università di Firenze.
