It Air Force Medical Service It has the task of ensuring healthcare support in the areas of forensic medicine and occupational medicine, prevention, assistance and rehabilitation, aeromedical safety, the supply of medical materials, for all staff of the A.M. and other entitled parties (staff of other armed forces or other institutions), both at home and abroad. It is also technically responsible for the training and employment of the A.M. staff. Its mission It is the assistance provided by the personnel of the Armed Forces in order to keep them always ready, in terms of their psychophysical aspects, to fulfill the duties for which the Air Force and the country call upon them.
