Lieutenant Colonel Graziano replaces Lieutenant Colonel Orabona in the command of the S.C.C.A.M. in Brindisi On Wednesday 29 September 2021, at the Coordination and Control Service of the Air Force (S.C.C.A.M.) in Brindisi, the ceremony of command change took place between the Lieutenant Colonel Giovanni Orabona, outgoing Commander, and the Lieutenant Colonel Orazio Graziano, Incoming Commander.ICoordination and Control Servicesof the Air Force, co-located at the adjacent ENAV Area Control Centers, are responsible for the management of Operational Air Traffic and the associated airspace reserved for it, as well as the collection and transmission to the competent authorities of the information necessary for the performance of the service of surveillance of the National Air Space. In the structure taken on by the national structure of area navigation services, characterized by a high degree of civil-military collaboration, qualified military personnel is employed at the SCCAM.Air traffic controller, at the highest level of national qualification and holding a Community license.
