Increase to the fifth instalment limits of Contract 93/RM3 dated 21/08/2023 concerning Industrial Logistic Support for the A.M. NH-500 fleet – SIMOG – A025BD7EBC – to the joint venture between the “Contractor” Leonardo Divisione Elicotteri S.p.A. and the “Client” M.A.G. S.p.A., with whom a specific contractual agreement will be finalised for a total value of €110,811.00 (one hundred and ten thousand eight hundred and eleven Euros/00) with VAT not applicable pursuant to Article 8bis of Presidential Decree No. 633/72 and subsequent amendments.
